EcomPro is an AI-Native Commerce OS designed specifically for Bangladeshi SME merchants. It unifies nine essential modules—including fraud detection, demand forecasting, logistics tracking, a social inbox, AI-powered review intelligence, and financial records—into a single platform orchestrated by a 15-tool AI Commerce Agent.

Impact

EcomPro targets the 15–30% COD cancellation fraud epidemic in Bangladesh by providing real-time buyer screening. By replacing 5 or more disconnected tools with a unified system, it aims to save an average of 4 hours of manual daily operations for the 500,000+ online merchants operating in the country.
